Yoga Classes

Our classes are aimed at easing every day aches, pains/mood complaints and are tailored to general goals verses specific individual issues.  Our teachers instruct asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), with limited individual adaptations. Yoga classes are often fitness-oriented and usually entail community practice.
