Teaching yoga was one of the LAST places Megan thought she’d find herself. A serious runDisney addict, she was led to yoga when running and lifting were just not enough for long distance training, yoga rounded out that training nicely and helped her finish with a PR in a half marathon. 2 years later while traveling in Australia, Megan visited a yoga studio and walked out saying out loud “Harlan NEEDS this”! Within 24 hours, yoga teacher training and a studio were in the works!
Megan loves to work with clients brand new to yoga and runners, and her favorite class to teach is yin, or what has affectionally become known as “synchronized napping”. She firmly believes that EVERYONE can do some type of yoga no matter age, size, fitness level, gender, beliefs, wellness, or whatever. There is some type of yoga for all! Its not all just stretchy-bendy poses, yoga is so much more!
When not at the studio, you’ll often find Megan at home with husband Pete, their 4 kids, 2 (ginormous)English Mastiffs, barn cats, and ~30 free-range chickens. She has a passion for Disney, a love/hate relationship with running, and a deep love for Christ.
We are committed to honestly sharing yoga in a way that celebrates God’s grace and peace and encourages personal growth in faith, life, and body, all in a safe and nurturing environment.

Erica began her OT career working in rural Iowa seeing patients of all ages in the acute, skill nursing, outpatient and home health settings. From these experiences, she recognized a missing link to our health care system. Yes, the sick are seen, but what about those who just do not feel well? Those who are technically functional, however are not living their best life?
Additionally, Erica began noticing trends within her patient populations: a large majority of diagnoses she treated could be traced back to poor lifestyle habits, moreover pinned to a lifetime of stress, lack of concern for optimal health and wellness, and poor coping strategies. Additionally, a vast majority of Erica’s elder patients had some form of incontinence, resulting in nursing home placement at a young age, comorbidities related to poor bowel and bladder management, and an increased burden of care. Their lives were no longer their own story to write but dictated by bouts of severe and disabling bowel and bladder incontinence, impacting what one could do each day.
She could not stand idly by and allow this trend to continue.
These discoveries paired with her own fertility, pelvic health, and wellness journey, that led Erica to seek specialization within the scope of women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, stress management, and general health and wellness.
